On first meeting Ms Chaudhry, I was immediately struck by her empathetic ability to understand the medical, emotional and cosmetic concerns of a patient facing breast cancer for a second time after 14 years (initial diagnosis, surgery etc was at a different hospital). Out of that 1st consultation, came a staged treatment plan that exceeded my expectations. The surgery and post-operative surgical care have been fantastic. It is a measure of her commitment, Ms Chaudhry even gave up a day's holiday to operate. I am awaiting further surgery and have absolute confidence in her and the team at GWH. I cannot finish the review without including her reassuring, warm and positive manner. I always leave her with a smile, which in the circumstances is a tribute in itself.

Ms Chaudhry is a delightful lady, she was so kind & reassuring. I was full of trepidation about my procedure but from the first time I saw her she was approachable , warm & friendly. You could not meet a nicer doctor ( I mentioned how lovely she was to a staff member, & they concurred how popular & agreeable she is with everyone ) My op went well & absolutely no post op problems . So ontop of being such a truly lovely human being , she's clearly an amazing surgeon too. She's an exceptional person. I can't praise Miss Chaudhry enough. I've been undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the Great Western hospital since 2009. All the staff have been excellent, from oncology to chemotherapy and I've had treatment from several surgeons along the way, but Miss Chaudhry has been my surgeon since she joined the team in Swindon and she outshines them all. Not only is she a brilliant surgeon but she always gives a much needed personal touch, listening and responding to your needs as an individual. She always has time to explain everything and answer questions, putting me and my partner's mind completely at ease about what is happening. I always feel she really cares and is very passionate about her job. I've started to lose count of the number of surgical procedures she's performed for me over the past 12 months, but even when the results have not been as we had hoped, Miss Chaudhry is always there every step of the way and very much involves me in the decisions and options available to us. I even had an unexpected late evening weekend ward visit from her while she was officially on holiday during one of my hospital stays. Every patient and hospital staff member who's ever mentioned her has nothing but positive praise for her. We need more 'Miss Chaudhrys' in healthcare. She's amazing!!

I was very impressed with the whole process; I went to my GP, was given an appointment straight away without having to wait and was seen by the Breast Care Team in under 2 weeks. I can't praise this doctor, and her team, enough for their care, the whole process was explained to me and all my concerns alleviated by the time I went home. Many thanks

Ms Chaudhry and all her team have helped me through the scariest time. From discovery of painful breast cyst through all the scans, mammograms to my mastectomy and immediate rebuild. The team has been at the end of the phone if I needed them and for that I can't thank them enough, just to know what was happening was "normal" helped put any worries to rest.
